This new first floor apartment boasts views across the beautiful village of Mazotos. This quiet, rural, traditional village offers a very relaxing atmosphere yet is only a 15 minute drive from Larnaca. The apartment has a spacious balcony and a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers. Cyprus enjoys a Mediterranean climate with lots of sunshine throughout the year. The skies are clear blue in summer and higher temperatures are made more pleasant by a nice sea breeze. Winters are cooler but mild.

The South Coast of Cyprus is enormously popular with tourists and attracts all ages and nationalities. It offers a variety of culture and the usual holiday resort facilities of stunning clean beaches and a whole host of restaurant and leisure facilities. The region experiences beautiful sunshine all year round with 35 º C being the norm in peak season. If you fancy a bit of cooler mountain air you can always head up to the Troodos Mountains and stop for lunch at a local village cafe and just unwind. Mazotos is a fantastic village to base yourself in Cyprus with all sorts of sports and watersports nearby. From the apartment it is a 2 minute drive to the Beach Area in Mazotos. The village centre is just a short walk down the hill and offers several well-stocked supermarkets, 3 tavernas and a local market on a Thursday. The Mazotos Camel Park is well worth a visit. You can drive from Mazotos to Larnaca in 15 minutes. Larnaca offers a beautiful tree-lined beach area - Phinikoudes Beach - with many cafes and restaurants and a very clean safe beach. McKenzie Beach on the Mazotos side of Larnaca also offers a nice safe family sandy beach with watersports being popular in both. There are lovely beaches, tavernas and restaurants all up and down the coastline and you can enjoy two of the best water parks in Europe - Waterworld in Ayia Napa and Fasouri Watermania. Both are within a 40 minute drive of the apartment where you can easily spend a fun-filled day.

Rental notes: The air-conditioning is included in price, there is a small discount available if you dont use air-condition. A 150 GBP security deposit is also payable on top of the normal weekly rate. This is refundable after your holiday once an inspection of the property is complete.

The apartment is fully furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. The main bedroom can accommodate two single beds or one double bed - whichever is preferred. With the double sofa bed in the living room plus a further two single seats that fold out to form beds and can be sited in either the living room or bedroom areas, the apartment can sleep a maximum of six. Living area and bedroom have air conditioning/heating units and roof fans fitted. The main living room/dining area is open plan with sofa and two chairs, coffee table, TV/DVD and dining table which seats six. The kitchen area has fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all new cutlery/utensils etc. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

Outside Area:The apartment has large communal swimming pool with sun loungers. The spacious balcony enjoys the sun from early morning and you have the advantage of overlooking a large children's play area which offers a safe environment for children to play.
