Villa Maretta is a beautiful old Tuscan farm at the top of a hill, from which one can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and the medieval village of Casole d'Elsa. The most comfortable, traditionally styled furnishings give it a warm atmosphere, making it the perfect house for unforgettable holidays.

The villa is in an ideal position for visiting Tuscany’s many interesting places; just 18 km from San Gimignano, the town of the beautiful towers, and 12 km from Colle di Val d Elsa, the Town of Crystal, where you will find a big supermarket, lots of shops and restaurants, a weekly market on Fridays, a beautiful medieval quarter in the old town and the entrance to the Firenze/Siena highway.

Rental notes: Arrival and departure times are as follows: Arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm. Departure by 9 am. Different times must be arranged directly.

Villa Maretta can accommodate up to nine guests and comprises a kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms, three bathrooms ad four bedrooms. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs , Dining room with table and chairs, Living room with fireplace, television, stereo system with CD player and radio, two sofas and armchairs , Bathroom with Jacuzzi. First floor: Twin room (double by request) with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower cubicle, Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower cubicle , Double room (a single bed can be added by request), Twin room (double by request), Bathroom with shower cubicle.A smaller apartment,sleeps two and comprises a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Ground floor: Kitchen with hob, oven and fridge, Dining room with table, chairs and benches , Double bedroom, Bathroom with shower cubicle.

Outside Area:The villa lies just a 5 km drive (or a 25 minute walk along a country footpath) away from the pretty village of Casole d'Elsa with its shops, restaurants and bars.
