The complex boasts a resort like pool and spa with outdoor fireplace and ramada within the community. There is also a fully equiped fitness room and business center with free access to a computer and printing. Blessed with a warm and sunny climate, Tucson is a world-class destination for travel and golf. Nicknamed "the old Pueblo", Tucson is Arizona's oldest city with a unique blend of heritages. Home to some of the most spectacular golf courses in the Arizona desert.

Rental notes: Balance due 60 night prior to stay There is a $500 damage deposit and $75 cleaning fee. Dog will be accepted with an additional clean fee.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed with leather headboard and a pair of nightstands. Provided in each room are reading lamps, a clock radio and a telephone. The bedrooms are subtly decorated in a contemporary fashion. Each bedroom also has a dedicated, full bathroom, with shower over the tub. Each is supplied with ample towels and washcloths for your stay. The condo has it's own water heater so you will always have a good supply of hot water. The lounge has both a sectional sofa and accent chair to provide more than enough comfortable seating. There is a patio door through to the enclosed patio which opens onto a quiet area at the very rear of the building. From here the landscape rises over a hill, free from any construction. It is here that smaller animals and birds such as quail and humming birds can be seen at most times of the day.

Outside Area:The rear patio also houses a full sized gas grill and utensils. Seating is provided for two.
