Our beautiful fully A/C (+ ceiling fans) Villa consists of: ● 4 Bedrooms (2 Master, En-Suites). ● 2 Twin bedrooms, one Disney themed (101 Dalmatians). ● 3 Bathrooms, showers. ● Private, vully screened south facing pool. ● High speed internet connection. ● Games room, air hockey/pool & football tables. A convenient single level home with numerous amenities is a non smoking villa. Accommodates up to 8 guests + cot in complete comfort, being most tastefully furnished throughout. Ideally suited for two families sharing, who each can have the privacy they deserve.

Rolling hills. Kissimmee Just 3 quick miles to Disney world’s main entrance on hwy 192. Leading to hollywood Disney, magic kingdom. Animal kingdom, downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Boardwalk, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon + much more. Excellent access to: ● Universal Studios ● Islands of Adventure ● City walk ● Seaworld & Aquatica. Direct access to the I4 south going to Bush Gardens & the Gulf Coast area I.4 north directly to Daytona Beach. Old town, with it’s fabulous Saturday night drive through, (8:30 don’t miss it!!), live music & family fair are only minutes away. Celebration town square, ideal for a relaxing stroll & refreshments is also at hand. Shopping, shopping, shopping, all the malls are easy to get too but most importantly easier to get back to our villa!!!

Our home offers two identical sized master bedroom suites with unique full mirrored headboards, king size beds, superior mattresses, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, VCR, each having their own private bathroom/shower, hairdryer. 1st. Twin bedroom is 101 Dalmatians themed, with cuddly toys, games & books, cot + all bedding included. 2nd twin bedroom, TV, VCR, ceiling fan, adjoining third bathroom/shower & hairdryer. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Large cooker, grill, fridge freezer, ice maker, dish washer, toaster, blender, micro wave oven, all utensils & linen included. A pleasant country style dining area + breakfast bar and all crockery, utensils & linen. The lounge is tastefully & comfortably furnished, to a very high standard. It includes cable LCD TV,(fox sports), DVD, VCR, CD, Playstaion 2 + games. A good varied selection of films/discs & books, ceiling fan. High speed internet connection, safety alarmed patio door leading to the pool area.

Outside Area:The south facing (sun all day), fully screened pool & large sun bathing area gives you the opportunity to relax and top up your tan during your time away from the parks. There is a shaded lanai with comfortable pool furniture, sun loungers, sun chairs, tables, dining table & umbrella. Subtle lighting at night time adds to the ambience along with your cooling drinks & night time swim. There Is a BBQ + Equipment On The Well Maintained Lawns. 2 Car Garage, 2 Adult & 3 Child’s Cycles.
