La Pomme d'Or is a charming, comfortable and independent 18th centrury gitein the land of the Futuroscope. It is situated in a small village called La Chapelle Moluière on the French countryside. The gite is the original farmhouse, carefully restored with oak beams and old tile floors in the kitchen and in the lounge. The kichen is well equiped and has a fireplace near the dining table. In the spacious lounge there is also a double sofa bed. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One with 3 single beds, one with a french double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 shower rooms with WC. La Pomme d'Or has a large, wounderful garden for all guests to use. Here you will find several places with tables, chaires, parasols and BBQ facilities. The garden offer a relaxing and calm atmosphere and it's easy to find your own hiding-place.

La Chapelle Moulière is well situeted between La Forêt de Moulière, the largest forest in the departement of Vienne, and the river Vienne. Both are very easy to reach even on foot. The northern part of the forest is a national park. You can fish in the river, bath and rent canoes. You can shop at the butcher's and at pituresque markets or stores in nearby towns. The cities of Potiers, Chauvigny and Chattelerault all within 20 minutes drive are interesting old cities full of history, Roman art and medivial charm. Whitin easy reach there are several beautiful castles and good restaurants. In the neighbourhood you can visit good local wineyards and goat chease- and foie gras producers. Le Futuruscope, the famouse film- and adventure park is only 15 minutes drive away. The leisure park of St Cyr has a lake for swimming, windsurfing, sailing and an excellent golf course.

Rental notes: A booking fee of 30% of the value of the booking is required no later than 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation. The booking is not confirmed before the booking fee is paid. The final payment is required no later than 14 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made more than 45 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee for 50% of the booking fee. If the cancellation is made later than 45 days but not less then 30 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee. If the cancellation is made after 30 days prior to the date of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the bookings value.

The gite has a well equipped kitchen. There is a big table and chaires near the fireplace. In the lounge there are a big sofa and armchaires and a sofa-bed. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The biggest has 3 single beds and a lovely view of the garden. Bedroom nr 2 has a french double bed. And bedroom nr 3 has 2 single beds. There are also 2 shower rooms with wc.

Outside Area:There is a large and wounderful garden surrounding the gite. It has a lot of trees, bushies and flowers. Here you will find several places with tables, chairs, parasols and BBQ facilities. Here you also find the swimming-pool where you can relax and enjoy your time. The garden offer a relaxing and calm atmosphere and it is easy to find your own hiding-place.
