Our lovely family owned villa is located on a quiet gated community just 10 minutes from Disney, and 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. Beautifully furnished throughout Cumbrian Lakes itself provides total peace and quite backing onto a natural conservation woodland with tropical palms and ancient oak tree preserves within which it is not unusual to catch sight of the many rare and reclusive inhabitants that live and frequent this hospitable habitat. Deer, Raccoons, Armadillo's are all familiar sights here as well as birds of prey such as the American Eagle's often seen soaring above.

The elite gated community of Cumbrian Lakes is located on Poinciana Boulevard just ten minutes from Disney and five minutes from Highway 192 with it's countless theme parks, attractions, restaurants and shops. The community itself is peacefully set around sparkling lakes and surrounded by conservation woodlands with cobblestone walkways, a children's play area and a beautifully designed jogging track. It is ideally situated and provides easy access to all of the many attractions Florida has to offer.

Rental notes: Refundable security deposit of £125 is required with final balance. Pool heating £50 per week Cleaning charge of £50 if stay is less than 7 ights. No smoking in the villa but is permitted on the patio.

The Lounge is comfortably furnished and carpeted throughout with a TV/VCR for those evenings when you want to stay in and relax. A fully equiped Kitchen and a small utility room with washing facilities. Games room with pool table. The first master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, chest of drawers and a large his and hers walk in wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers. It also has direct access through sliding doors to the pool area. Large ensuite has a large walk in shower, corner bath, double vanity unit and separate W.C. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, clock radio and large wardrobe space. It also has it's own adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and W.C. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp and double built in wardrobe. This room also has a TV. Bedroom 4 is a twin bedded room with a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp and double built in wardrobe.

Outside Area:Start the day with an early morning swim in the privacy of your own screened pool or breakfast al fresco on the pool deck or balcony before throwing yourself into the Orlando experience.
