The building consists of two luxury townhouses, each fully equipped. Totally renovated and redecorated each two story, two bedroom townhouse has central air throughout. Located directly on Yal-Ku lagoon in North Akumal, it is close by the beaches at Half Moon Bay and Akumal Bay. Blue Tang is ideal adult families, or adult friends traveling together. These luxurious townhouse offer privacy but convenient access to the lagoon, the ocean, nearby restaurants, and the many activities in and around Akumal. With the fully equipped kitchen, you can choose to fix your own meals, go out to any of the area restaurants, or hire your caretaker, to fix you some special dinners you are sure to remember. Walk out a few steps from the patio directly to your private access to the lagoon. Be sure to enjoy the heated rooftop pool: perfect for cooling off during the day, but even better for watching the stars at night.

Sleep in comfort in your bedroom suite with large windows overlooking the lagoon. Located on the second floor, each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning and bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, and king bed. (Maximum occupancy is 8 adults). The ground floors contain the living rooms dining rooms, kitchens, baths, and laundry areas. The spacious living rooms include comfortable furniture and patio doors looking over the lagoon. The flat screen TV is attached to a satellite with US content. Open WiFi Internet connection is available at no cost. The open transition from the living room to the dining area adds to the feeling of spaciousness. Each dining area includes a table for six and again features patio doors looking over the lagoon.

Outside Area:The houses on the complex surround a central courtyard/driveway with off-street parking for all. You will have two private entrances to the lagoon with magnificent snorkeling. Since the lagoon has no waves, it is ideal for both novice and experienced snorkelers. (We strongly recommend using vests, and have a supply of vests for infants to adults.)
