Our Florida Villa is situated in Orlando and as well as offering a luxurious holiday villa within minutes of Disney golf and all local amenities. Depending on the size of your party and the need for 3 or 4 bedrooms, our holiday villa is priced so that you do not have to pay for rooms you don't use, therefor offering you the best value for money accommodation available. The villa is situated in Sunridge Woods, a select residential community and offers accommodation on a large plot with a conservation area to the rear. The villa has recently been completely redecorated, both inside and out, is fully furnished and sleeps up to 8 people in comfort. The villa and pool are maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by our local management company, an English couple who are available for contact by guests. All rooms benefit from air conditioning and also have ceiling fans. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Our villa is located in Sunridge Woods, a select residential community situated on County Route 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway), just 2 miles east of Interstate 4, approx. 10 minutes drive to Disney and the major Theme Parks, restaurants and 'fast food' outlets on the US 192 and 27.

Rental notes: PLEASE NOTE: the prices are for 4 Bedroom: For 3 bedrooms please email us for prices. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival plus £200 / $300 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be returned once the management company have checked the villa. Note: Rates are subject to change without notice. Add £50 / $75 per week for Easter, Christmas and New Year. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. There are plenty of pots, pans and dishes for cooking and unbreakable dishes for use around the pool area. The family room has a television and dvd/vcr player, and a radio/cd player. There are patio doors leading to the pool deck. The large comfortable living room is ideal to relax in after a tiring day out. It has the benefit of high speed internet access. The dining room is ideal for a formal evening meal, overlooks the pool area. The family bathroom is situated between bed 2 and 3. There is a sink, wc and bath with shower over. There is a hair dryer, hair straightness and plenty of towels available.

Outside Area:The south facing pool (30ft x 22ft) is fully screened to keep out insects and is equipped with electric heating for the winter months. There is a lanai (covered area) if you prefer to relax in the shade. Pool side furniture and pool towels are all on site for your enjoyment.
