Over the past 2-3 years Calabay Parc has progressed into becoming one of the most sought after Villa communities in the Orlando area, reason for this is simply the extremely high standard of the rental homes. Calabay Parc is on US Highway 27 between the junction with Interstate Highway 4 and the 192. This is a very straightforward drive from Orlando International Airport and will take no more than 30 minutes easy driving

Rental notes: All utilities and local taxes are inclusive of the above rates. Pool and spa heating is normally required between October and March, at £90 p/w or $160 p/w. (optional) payable with the final balance. (Covering for the pool provided).

A very spacious family room, light and airy, fully air conditioned throughout, vaulted ceiling with a fan for added comfort. Master bedroom with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, dual aspect windows looking out to the pool and spa area and a TV/DVD Combo. From the bedroom, a sliding door leads to a spacious walk in closet, huge walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has double bed with a large walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a radio alarm clock, TV and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has two single beds with a large walk in closet, chest of drawers, radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan. Perfect for Children! The kitchen is very well provided for, containing the following appliances: Electric cooker with a ceramic hob, built in microwave with extractor unit, a large fridge/freezer with a ice making facility, a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, a toaster, a coffee maker, ample crockery, cutlery and glassware and we haven’t forgotten the teapot.

Outside Area:The pool area has an extra large covered lanai for alfresco dining, with lighting and a ceiling fan. The pool has under water lighting for that late night dip. There is an extended deck area for sunbathing and the whole pool area is surrounded with plants, shrubs and pine trees for your privacy.
