Out all day at the parks…come back and relax on our pool deck alongside the 12 x 26 foot heated pool. Eating in Florida is a great experience. Many excellent restaurants are located within a short distance as is the added convenience of large supermarkets within 10 minutes drive.

Combined Living Room and Lounge - Carpeted throughout & complete with 2 & 3 seater settees (3 seater drops down to a double bed), centre coffee table with 2 side stands and lamps. The glass dining table seats 6 comfortably (8 if needed) and comes with a luxury set of dining equipment. Office Facilities - For your use is a PC with a full suite of software, Broadband internet access and a printer. Wireless Broadband Internet access is also available if you wish to bring your own laptop. Garage Games Room - The garage has been carpeted and converted into a games room. With 7' lighted pool table, Table Soccer, Darts, Carpet Draughts and stools for your use. Kitchen/Breakfast Nook - Unusually large walk about kitchen. Leading off from the lounge/dining room is a well appointed kitchen with a large oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, dish washer, and other electrical items. With a large larder and plenty of storage space there is also cutlery, china and glassware & a number of pots & pans. Seating for 4 is also available at the glass kitchen dining table. Master bedroom 1 – Has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe and cable TV. 2 night stands with lights and clock radio. The En Suite facilities have a large glass enclosed walk in shower and separate bath, sink, WC & storage cupboards. Bedding and towels are provided. Outside Area:A fully fitted games room in the garage. Carpeted throughout with a 7ft Pool table, Table Soccer, Electronic Dartboard, Carpet drafts and some card games. The large heated pool has underwater lighting so sit back and relax with a glass in your hand. Complete with luxury patio furniture, table and chairs for 4: perfect to start or end the day with a family meal. The whole area is covered to keep away the insects. For the all important safety of our little ones the pool is surrounded by a Florida state law removable safety pool fence & the patio door can be double locked.
