This modern yet traditional house is set in a beautiful location above the coast overlooking fields and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a village closeby with local shops that sell fresh bread and vegetables and a Romanesque town 4 kilometers away that has a fresh food market, a choice of supermarkets, a dinosaur museum and some delightful restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms - one twin downstairs and two doubles up stairs. It sleeps 6 people easily and more could be accomodated. It has a large open plan living room with sofas and a TV, a big kitchen with doors that open out onto a patio, the Barbeque area and the swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a garage and a small garden with flowers and some fruit trees. There is plenty of parking space.

In many ways this is an undiscovered European gem with so much to offer everyone is likely to find it a treasure that they will wish to return to again and again. Whether you want to be active or you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet the area north of Lisbon, often called the Silver Coast, is ideal for holidays. You can surf or body board on some of the best surf beaches in Europe, (Peniche Baleal and SuperTurbos are world famous). You can play golf on any one of a handful of different international courses including Praia d'el Rey. You can ride beautiful and highly trained Lusitano stallions at several riding schools in the area. About an hour south is the delightful capital city of Lisbon with all you could wish for in shopping, restaurants, night life, museums and art galleries. Nearby are not only Cascais and Estoril's sophistocated yachting and grand prix motor racing centres, but also the fabulous palaces of Sintra, Queluz and Mafra.

Clean, tidy and uncluttered, with modern and luxurious beds and sofas and its own pool, the villa is a great place to relax. It is light and airy and can be kept cool in the heat of mid-summer, yet when the evenings get chillier in Spring and Autumn it is lovely to get cosy around the log burning fireplace.

Outside Area:The villa has a garden area with flower beds, patio and pot plants on three sides. At the front there is a lockable gate and remote controlled entrance to the garage. The pool and barbeque are at the back of the villa.
