Main floor bedroom #1 has queen bed, bedroom #2 has double bed and twin bed. Upstairs children's bedroom #3 has two double beds and one twin bed. The bathroom upstairs is deigned for children and has low ceiling. The main floor of this house has large kitchen, dining area, living room w/fireplace and flat screen TV. There are two shower bathrooms on main floor. Two hot water heaters in this house. Yard area with barbecue (seasonal), picnic table. Laundry room on property. Off-street parking is available. Many things to do in Seaside and nearby area. You will need a car to explore neighboring towns but while staying in our units, short walk to everything.

Rental units usually require 2 night minimums. Holidays and special events may be 3-4. July & August require 4-5 night minimums. Shorter stays may be available. Our 3 bedroom house number one has many added amenities. Flat screen TV in living room, TV's in 2 bedrooms w/VCR's. Free VHS movies from office. Fireplace in living room. Wrap around windows in living room for plenty of light and view toward coast range mountains. Beds: 1 queen, 3 doulbe, 2 twin. 3 bathrooms (2 on main floor with showers). At this time we do not have wireless access at rental property.
