Our sensational 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in sunset ridge a quiet gated community in the Davenport area. Only a genuine 10 minutes from all the Disney attractions, 45 minutes from Tampa, 5-15 minutes to championship golf courses (e.g. Southern Dunes, Wedgewood Lakes, Highlands Reserve, champions gate & many more). 3 minutes from major shopping malls & restaurants including Walmart and Publix supermarkets.
Our villa is situated off US-27 and is approx 1 mile from the junction of I-4 the gateway to all the excitement Orlando has to offer. The wonderful Atlantic beaches are only 1 hour away, as is Kennedy Space Centre And of course the beautiful Gulf Coast is only an hours drive away.
