We offer for rent a brand new 2 bed apartment in the stunning north east region of Sardinia. It looks out over Porto San P o to the enchanting island of Tavolara, which seems to be floating between sky and sea. The village of Porto San P o is on your doorstep with the beach 2 minutes drive away and is located only 10 km south of Olbia harbour and airport.

This coastal village is only 10 minutes away from Olbia, the main hub of the north east. 10 minutes away from San Teodoro’s nice beach called Porto Taverna, one of the nicest in the area in front of Tavolara and Molara Islands, with white sand and beautiful water. Here it is also possible to avail of beach services. Check out the other beautiful beaches that are not very far from the town; Cala Coda Cavallo, Tahiti, Brandinchi, l’Impostu, la Cinta going south toward San Teodoro and Costa Corallina, Porto Istana, Capo Ceraso, Li Cuncheddi and Le Saline going north toward Olbia. Only thirty minutes drive north is Porto Cervo in Costa Smeralda, you will find this location a perfect centre for your stay in Sardinia. Sardinia is a beautiful and fascinating island. It is a wonderful and captivating island for those whose visit is motivated by its medieval churches, extraordinary scenery and nuraghe; for those with a passion for hunting, fishing, hiking, or horseback-riding; for individuals interested in visiting its Phoenician, Punic and Roman historical testimonials or satisfying their curiosity on subjects concerning geology, nature and mineralogy, and finally, for those who are interested in its genuine folklore and celebrations, its many beaches and transparent coastlines, sudden gorges and hidden grotto’s.

Rental notes: You will need to pay a cleaning charge of 40 euro at the end of your stay, normally taken off the deposit. Linen and towels can be rented from our agent directly 18 euro per person.

This brand new two bed apartment has been built in a well planned out growing complex called Complesso La Liccia. Built in a characteristic style typical of the North East region with finishes that include local Rosa Granite facades, mixed with brightly coloured rendered walls and wooden arches. The main bedroom has a large double, bed sleeps 2, with wardrobe, outside terrace. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, sleeps 4, with wardrobe and outside terrace. The living space has a built in kitchen, large breakfast bar, living space with sofa (double bed sleeps 2) and TV, DVD & Music unit. Utilities include WC, bidet, shower and WHB, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hobb, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave. There is also a hot/cold outside shower. It is child friendly with 1 travel cot, potty and many beach toys, umbrella and seats.

Outside Area:The large garden and ample terraces allow for the enjoyment of the outside dining lifestyle enjoyed by the Sardinians, allowing for a safe place for kids and a perfect place to BBQ. There is a large communal swimming pool at 'Il Fari' near the coast with a lovely view of Isola Tavolara within a lovely setting of palm trees, entrance approx 7 euro for the full day. They actually provide entertainment for the kids. Please note there is not a swimming pool right beside the apartment.
