Completely furnished, patio with pizza oven and brick barbecue in the garden where enjoy open air meals, SatelliteTV, Internet ADSL free, parking. The owners, who live in the main villa, speak English and are available for help and suggestions.

Marvelous location in a still undiscovered area very close to Rome, far from the crowdy tourism. The regional park of the lakes Bracciano offers lovely beaches in a delightful and sunny location, with the pretty villages of Bracciano, Trevignano and Anguillara. The lake, forbidden to the motors, and water reserve of the aqueduct of Rome, is also wellknown for the princes Orsini-Odescalchi majestic Castle, which is privately owned, but open to the public for guided tours. In the nearby: The Mediterranea sea at only 15 KM far, The thermal centres of Stigliano and Viterbo with sulfurous 37 degrees water, The Farnese Palace of Caprarola, jewel of Renaissance, just 20 KM, The Archaeologycal Etruscan excavations like Tarquinia, Cerveteri, etc. And, of course, ROME! just a few minutes far by local train or car.

The bathroom has large brick shower cabin, bidet, and hair dryer. Satellite TV and radio, free internet ADSL cable & wireless, iron with ironing board, washing machine, baby cot and high chair. In Winter central independent heating with radiator and/or cast iron woodstove with oven (wood available for free).
