Our 10 Caribbean Gingerbread Cottages are painted in an array of tropical colours and are surrounded by tropical beauty, gardens that overflow with flowers and organically grown fruits. While walking around the premises, you are free to sample any or all of these fruits… mangoes, papayas, guavas, cherries and more… seasonally of course. If you are in the mood, herbal teas picked fresh for every cup, awaits to scintillate your taste-buds. Choose from nunu-balsam, lemon grass, eucalyptus. Perfect for families or friends on a budget, these picturesque cottages are very affordable Antiguan accommodation, providing all the facilities you will need for a self-catering vacation experience. Along with a swimming pool and our small bar and restaurant, it’s an idyllic location to relax and enjoy the hot Antiguan sun, or catch the breeze that constantly cools the cottages and take in the spectacular views.

Antigua has a land area of 108 sq. miles located at latitude 17° 5' North and longitude 61° 45' West in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean. Antigua is 13 miles across with a coastline peppered with numerous coves and bays; many with beautiful white, sand beaches. The south-west is hilly, rising to 402 m at Boggy Peak, the island's highest point. Barbuda, a low-lying coral island is located 32 miles north of Antigua and has a land area of approximately 64 sq. miles. Barbuda encompasses the expansive Codrington lagoon, bound by a long undeveloped beach. Antigua has a huge choice of activities and events on offer: Antigua Sailing Week – one of the top 5 sailing regattas in the world held yearly in late April or early May, more than 200 yachts descend on English Harbour to race and take part in the many parties and events. A great time to visit the area. Antigua Classic Week – Beautiful yachts of 40 years or older enter the races, and sail elegantly in the waters off Antigua the week before Sailing Week. Antigua Carnival – every year at the end of July into August the whole country heads for St. John's to celebrate emancipation. A 10-day long party there are events to suit all ages and desires – from Steel pan shows, to Soca ‘Jump Ups' and Last Lap. Cricket is one of Antigua’s biggest loves and continues to play an important role in the yearly sporting calendar. 2007 saw the world cricket cup come to the Caribbean.

Each cottage comes equipped with: Living room with a view of the beautiful gardens out front and is attached to an outdoor verandah with views of the North Sound. A kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and everything needed to prepare and eat tasty meals. Bedrooms with double beds, and equipped with all bedding and linens. Cable TV, internet and air conditioning are provided in our exclusive cottages and internet access is also available in our reception area.

Outside Area:Each cottage has its own garden out front filled with the flower for which it was named… hibiscus, bougainvillea, morning glory, yellow bells and so much more! We offer a pool for your swimming enjoyment surrounded by sun loungers so you have the choice of taking in the breeze on your gallery, or relaxing by or in the pool.
