It has beautiful views North to Kefalonica, South to Alykes and East to the Peloponnese mainland.

The villa is 5 minutes drive from the sea, the port of St Nicholas and the family, sailing resort - the Peligoni Club.

This holiday villa is situated on a hill near Port Nicolas on the North East tip of Zakynthos. Zakynthos is Ionian Island just South of Corfu and Kefalonica.
The villa is 5 minutes drive from Club Peligoni, a water sport haven for dingy sailors, walkers and painters. The local village is 5 minutes drive away.
Zakynthos is blessed with plenty of sandy beaches. It takes about 3 hours to drive around the Island. Discover the beaches. Some are deserted, others are rocking!

There is a separate cabin in the garden with a (5th) double bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchen.
Outside Area:Patio dining area with a stone BBQ overlooking the large private swimming pool, with stunning 180 degree views of the Ionian Sea.
