We are just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown which is home to the famous Playa Norte or North Beach along with a cornucopia of shopping and dining choices. Private exterior entrances and baths in all rooms with an outdoor pool shower and half bath for pool users. All three guest rooms are unique, detached, and are located on one side of the Villa.

Casa de Morgan is an oceanfront resort on the equisite, tiny isle of Isla Mujeres, a mere 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, but a world away from Cancun's frantic 'party hearty' atmosphere. While the casa is on a cliff overlooking the sea, sand and surf to play in can be found a short 250 yards to the north. Beachcombing, shelling and relaxing by the pool are the featured activities at the Casa. Activities are very close such as the well known Garrafon National Park which offers snorkeling, zip lines and dining. Weather permitting, there is excelent snorkeling and spear fishing directly in front of the casa.

Rental notes: The prices are for Patio Room Terrace Room rental, Cabana Room prices are 20 USD plus. Rates are for one or two in a room. Additional guests, 20 USD per night.

The Cabana Room: Is the largest of the three rooms with King bed, variable lighting, complimentary bottled water and bath with shower. Patio Room: Is the most utilitarian of the three rooms featuring two double beds and a set of hammock hooks for up to five guests. Terrace Room: Is our most popular room with a Queen bed, A/C, ceiling fans, variable lighting, single bath with shower, refridgerator, complimentary bottled water. All three guest rooms have stunning ocean views. Guests have the use of the fully equipped gourmet kitchen for meal preparation and the use of the dining room and guest living room for social activities. We can also offer privately catered dinners with menu of your choice for up to eight at additional charge.

Outside Area:The Cabana Room features two private patios. One faces the pool and the other faces the sea. Terrace Room features a very large, very private terrace with great views of the sunrise and ocean views. The BBQ grill and and al fresco dining on the terrace are also available for guest use.
