Our house is situated in Steinig which is a part of the picturesque village Pettneu am Arlberg and well-known for its wonderful view to the highest mountain in the area called 'Hoher Riffler'. Haus Arosa consists of 3 apartments, each apartment has balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, spacious and bright rooms, fully equipped kitchen.

Pettneu is the ideal spot for any skiing, walking, trekking, biking or just exploring the lovely countryside. The nearby indoor swimmingpool with its sauna, health and spa area and massage corner holds anything for our guests to relax and get fit again for another day in the mountains. If you are interested in art or any other cultural events there is a very lively scene going on in the small village. Pettneu lies half way from Innsbruck and Bregenz where they organise every year the famous 'Bregenzer Festspiele' which is an opera played on the biggest stage of Europe on Lake Constance. And Innsbruck has a lovely ancient old town with the popular 'Goldenes Dachl' and attracts lots of tourists from all over the world.

Apartment 1: You will find your holiday home on the 2nd floor, southfacing with great views of the surrounding mountains. Whether you enjoy the view on the balcony or relax in the spacious living-dining area, you will fall in love with the apartment which is flooded with lots of light. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your expectations. The flat of approx. 46 sqm contains 2 sleeping-rooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. If necessary it is possible to convert the couch to a full size bed. Apartment 2: You will find your holiday home on the 2nd floor, north and east facing with a great view of the mountain “Eisenspitze” just behind the village Pettneu. The view from the balcony is the same on the east side and you can see the ski resort of St. Anton on the west side. The flat of 36 sqm is made for 2 persons. It’s luminous and spacious: comfortable living area with sofa and television, kitchen, sleeping area with double bed and a bathroom with shower-WC. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your expectation. Apartment 3: The Apartment is located on the sunny southside. You will be treated by a bright friendly Ambiente with a great view to the mountain “Hoher Riffler”. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your expectations. On approx. 52 sqm you will find 2 sleeping-rooms, living-cooking-area, shower-toilet and a storageroom. If necessary it is possible to convert the couch to a full size bed.
