Our luxury 4bed/3 bathroom propety with private pool is only 15 minutes south of Disney and all the attractions in Davenport Florida. With an extended decking area and carefully tended plants you could be in a tropical paradise. Come back to our quiet home with pool for a relaxing swim and cool down following the exhausting hours spent at the parks. We are also only about 10 minutes from the nearest golf course and shopping malls. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes drive away. If you wish for an evening in then a BBQ is provided and use our games room whilst waiting for dinner to be prepared or have a glass of wine by the pool.

The coast is only about one hour away in either direction and all the attractions of Disney, Sea World etc. are 15 minutes away. Less than ten minutes drive away are all the many, varied restaurants, or, if you fancy an evening in, supermarkets are located, within about a mile, to cater for your cooking needs. The nearest shopping malls are about 10 minutes drive. Also about an hour away is the Kennedy Space Center, well worth a visit! At the end of a long, exhausting but fun-packed day at Disney, come back to peace and tranquility as this property is in the 'green belt' area, close to areas of outstanding beauty and nature trails

Our luxury, spacious, air-conditioned, four bedroom villa in a quite cul de sac, has a wealth of amenities. Light and airy with cathedral ceilings, the property is not overlooked at the back. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and seperate shower. The second master bedroom also with pool view and tv has a large shower room with the two twin bedrooms sharing a third full bathroom. There is also two further TV's in the twin bedrooms. Broadband internet connection at no extra charge. The living area is spacious, with a large plasma cable TV, tastefully incorporating the formal dining area with a second dining area in the large, gourmet fully equipped kitchen. A breakfast bar is also attached to the kitchen. The garage has been converted into a games room incorporating a full size luxury pool table, electronic football and air-hockey games.

Outside Area:In the extended pool area there are two tables seating 6 and 4 persons on the luxury patio furniture together with 6 chaise lounges for those who like to sun-bathe. The lanai provides welcome shade for those who prefer to sit and read. Large, carefully tended plants give it the 'tropical feel'. The pool is covered by a large lanai which provides shade for the hot parts of the day.
