The apartment is gloriously bright, elegantly furnished and equipped with all appliances and amenities including satellite TV and broadband. Our tenants return to us from year to year. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a delightful small town, situated between Nice and Monaco, with its daily fruit, vegetable and fish market and larger Saturday craft market. There are two local beaches, mostly public but with some private concessions providing catering services. Bars and restaurants are plentiful in the town centre as well as along the leisure port. St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche-sur-Mer, with their own beaches and amenities, are within easy walking distance. With Beaulieu, they constitute the prestigeous Triangle d'Or, one of the loveliest spots on the French Riviera. On the practical side there is an excellent supermarket plus fabulous delicatessens, bakeries and pastry shops. The municipality ensures an active calendar of events with a significant emphasis on music.

Rental notes: Payment terms: 50% at time of booking by bank transfer or Western Union, the balance in cash at the hand-over of the keys. Plus a security deposit of one week's rent for the minimum 2 week period, 2 for 4 weeks and upto 3 for longer periods. For cancellations up to 3 months (1 month) of the rental date 50% (30%) of the booking fee will be refunded. Home help available if wanted. Possibility of secure parking.
