Koh Samui luxury villa near Lamai - Baan Hua Thanon self catering villa

This brand new luxury villa is located 5 minutes south of Lamai and 2 minutes north of Baan Hua Thanon built on a slightly elevated piece of land the last of four individual Villas on this private piece of land. It is secured and very private within a walled boundary. The nearest beach which is called Bang Nam Chuet Bay is just 700 meters from the villa and has 4 or 5 good restaurants dotted along the beach. The water in this bay is shallow so it's ideal for children and it is very quiet with an ok beach. For a beach with sun beds, ice cream, tee-shirt, and hawkers of all kinds you will have to go further a field.

Baan Hua Thanon Is just 700 meters in the other direction from the villa it is a small fishing village with a daily market that sells fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, also home to the popular Bann Hua Thanon Seafood Restaurant which has a fantastic menu, a little slow but well worth the wait. All the things that you need to make your stay comfortable can be found in Hua Thanon, if not then the new Tesco Lotus in Lamai will have it. The seaside town of Lamai the second largest on the island and far superior in every way to the polluted Chaweng is just 10 minutes away by motorbike or car, where you can party until dawn, fine dine in one of the many beach side restaurants, shop until you drop or just relax in one of the many watering holes Lamai has to offer and watch the world go by.

Fully furnished in a western style, with large living/dining area and equipped kitchen. Split-level design with the lower level comprised of gym, bedroom with an attached entertainment area suitable for children. Bathroom and shower is also available on the lower level. The top level has three bedrooms and a large open space living, dining and kitchen area with computer area providing wireless internet access available. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, shower and toilet with the other bedrooms having en-suite shower & toilet. The open plan interior opens out through french doors to the pool side and sun bathing area. There is also a seating area and spa in the pool. There is a single carport keeping the vehicle secure behind an automatic gate. Kitchen area includes slow cooker, blender, steamboat, double fronted fridge/freezer. Living room includes 2 two-seater sofas and 1 three-seater sofa,coffee table, 47 inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, dining area, teak table that seats 8 people. To rear of the wall that houses the LCD is an office area with a desk and wifi connection. The floors and bathroom walls throughout the main house all have beautiful Terrazzo giving it a classic look. Lower floor includes a small gym, laundry room, TV seating area with 42 inch flat screen LCD, this area is open plan looking out to small garden area with fish pond. Bedroom 4 with en suite is located on this floor.

Outside Area:Outside area includes swimming pool with add on Jacuzzi area, surrounded by decking area which includes 2 sunbeds, wooden table with 4 chairs, slightly raised from the swimming pool is the car parking area, the lower floor outside area has a fish pond, table chairs and barbecue.
