The duplex apartment is made up of two separate floors situate within an award winning condominium built to the highest quality standards overlooking the Laguna, Millenium and Victoria golf courses towards the sea.

At the heart of Vilamoura is the marina which has the capacity to berth over 1,000[2] vessels. The marina is surrounded by large Hotels and Luxury holiday homes as well as a large casino and numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. At the far corner of the marina, it is possible to charter boats for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending. Close by there are also a number of sports clubs, a shooting range and many night clubs. As a consequence of being mostly privately owned, the town is very opulently designed. The town/marina has an extensive variety of activities which are usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends. Activities include touring the local caves (on the coastline) which are nearer Albufeira rather than Vilamoura. This trip (cave) is usually performed by boats. There are also two companies which operate trains-on-wheels for travel between resorts.

Rental notes: The balance due 4 weeks before the rental period starts. A returnable damage deposit of £150 is required. Deposit returned 14 days after departing less any cost of repairs should there be any damage and any phone usage at 0.15 Euro/unit. Christmas and Easter = £795 per week Please note: The rental includes two hours of maid service mid-week and at the end of the week. Price includes linen and towels, towels changed twice a week, linen changed once a week.

Two double bedrooms with panoramic views of the golf courses, patio doors to their own terrace, built-in wardrobes and cupboards, en-suite bathrooms with walk in power showers. The fully fitted kitchen is top quality Gaggenau. The lower ground floor consists of two further large double en-suite bedrooms with walk in showers, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. There is a second fully fitted kitchen and utiliy room. A cot, high chair and an extra put-you-up bed are available.

Outside Area:Large decked terrace 6m x4m overlooking the golf course and gardens.The grounds are beautifully landscaped in a secure/fenced area with security gates. There is an underground garage and a small health/keep fit centre with Sauna,Turkish bath and gymnasium.
