Waterside is located on the gated communtiy of Highgrove near to Orlando. Situated on the junction of Highway 27 and Highway 192, driving to the Disney Parks is simple. Just turn out of the gates then turn right and you are on a straight road to Disney World. Near enough for easy access but far enough away for peace and tranquility. The main I4 Highway is only 7 miles away on Highway 27 South. This will take you to Tampa on the West Coast or Daytona on the East. A truly perfect location! ...

Rental notes: The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. A damage deposit of 250GBP (400USD) is required at the time of the booking. This will be returned to you after our management company's satisfactory report after your departure. Main Lounge is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and recliner chair, this room is spacious and cosy. Second Lounge / Snug has cream leather sofa which converts into a double bed. The dining room has a lovely carved oak dining table; open the blinds and you can eat dinner and watch waterbirds on the nature conservation area. The kitchen is very spacious and has all the utensils a family would ever need for cooking at home. A beautiful large master ensuite bedroom, with a large walk in wardrobe, leather recliner and a king size double bed, makes sleeping on holiday a pleasure as this room is so comfortable. Walk into a large ensuite with his and hers wash basin and generous size shower enclosure. A luxurious king size doubebed with cable television makes this bedroom so comfortable and leads straight into a large adjacent bathroom. 3 further twinbedroom are found on the galleried landing. Adjacent to these is the third bathroom.

Outside Area:Sunbathing is permitted on the large grassland area to the side of the house overlooking the water, and you can take the sunloungers through the pool screen door to access a nice spot on the lawn. Walk out of either of the 2 patio doors and you are in the patio area. There is an alfresco dining table and chairs and a set of padded sunloungers for your enjoyment. There is a large heated pool and spa pool. These can be lit at night and the spa has a timer. What could be nicer than sipping cold champagne in the heated spa pool looking at the variety of waterbird species paddling in the water with the scent of the orange blossom wafting in the air.
