This beautifully appointed home features a "Great Room" with French doors that lead directly out to the covered patio area for the "Sun Shy" and then to the solar heated pool and spa. French doors lead from the Master Bedroom directly to the pool and spa area. Relax in the spa or "oversize tub" in the Master Bathroom and then get into the "cozy" King-Size Bed for a great nights sleep! The two guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and Queen-Size beds. One of the guest rooms features French doors that open onto the courtyard and a private side door to the backyard! All bedrooms have their own TV's and there is also one in the kitchen. The Kitchen features a large eating area that leads directly to the pool and spa. The kitchen also has built-in GE Monogram appliances: convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a five-burner gas cooktop. The kitchen has slab granite countertops and backsplashes. The home has an inside laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, a utility sink, and granite countertop.
