The Cayman Breakers Condominiums are located on Cayman Brac's unique secluded southeast end where the sea meets the famous 140-foot "BLUFF". The view from the "Breakers" is truly a spectacular sight on Cayman Brac! The Breakers has a private shore dive entrance with a shower and rinse tank located at the cabana/pool area. We have complimentary bicycles on a first come basis. You can ride to the end of the island where the Great Cave and the famous Blow Hole is located. Each unit contains a book on Cayman Brac adventuring to locate exciting sites for rock climbing, cave exploring, hiking, dive/snorkel spots and shell collecting along with the Brac's history. A guest book is provided for comments.

Cayman Brac is a world known scuba/snorkel diving paradise. The waters are warm all year and the visibility is beyond compare. The reefs begin at the water's edge in many locations. Some sites have been created to provide a sheltered access for divers, snorkeler's and swimmers. Small children and senior citizens can safely enjoy the ocean! There are two dive shops on the island that offer a full line of scuba and snorkeling instruction, equipment rental, and boat dive charters. Several of the dive sites have easy access from the shore while others are only accessible by boat. Although Cayman Brac is well known as the #1 scuba / snorkel vacation destination, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy during your visit. As you might imagine, the fishing is great all year round with plenty of fishing piers.

Unlike most Motels and Hotels, each condo is like a home away from home. Our luxury condos are new units fully furnished with two baths/two bedrooms (1 queen/1 full) and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room (linens included). Kitchens fully equipped with dishes, pots, and pans. Separate utility room area with a stacked washer and dryer. All rental units are available with ceiling fans and other amenities.

Outside Area:There is a beautiful court yard with picnic tables under the cabanas with hammocks to relax in, BBQ grilles, a rinse tank for divers and outside shower located at poolside. There are steps leading down to the shore for easy access. We offer free complimentary bikes for guests on a first come, first serve basis and dive flags also available for scuba divers to use.
