Puerto Rico vacation house in San Juan - Dorado self catering Caribbean house

We have 2 units in our home on the ocean-each sleeps 5- we also have a basement bedroom that will sleep 3-$100 a night is per unit & not for the entire home-basement is $50 There is a 7 night minimum for 1 unit & 5 nights if you take both-we feel that we are the best value on the island for what we offer-we are not in a resort but in an interesting Puerto Rican neighborhood.

We are 20 miles west of the san juan airport & very central to the many tourist attractions on the island-dorado is home to 2 beautiful hotels & world class golf. San Juan Beach & Resort area. This area starts just outside of Old San Juan and includes the areas of Condado, Miramar, Ocean Park and Isla Verde. This is a area of fancy hotels, casinos, nightclubs, restaurants and chic boutiques. Pinones Reserve is a sub-tropical moist forest, includes mangroves, sea turtle nesting sites and beautiful beaches.

Rental notes: please review our FAQ & rental agreement on our site-$100 cleaning fee per unit will be waived if you clean yourself-christmas week is $125 per night per unit-

We are fully equipped with everything you could use-we have all appliances plus a washer & dryer-phone for incoming & local call-free internet-hbo on the cable-tv's with a vcr in all the bedrooms.

Outside Area:We are in a regular neighborhood with roosters a block away.
