Lowestoft is located on the East Anglian Coast in the North of Suffolk. The Sunrise Coast provides a stunning mixture of award-winning beaches, expansive coastline, the Broads National Park, picturesque market towns and peaceful countryside. The Sunrise Coast encompasses a wide, varied and interesting range of attractions, days out and events. The natural environment of the area provides the ideal setting for a day out, whether making sandcastles on a warm sandy beach, walking in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, or cruising along the Broads basking in the glorious sunshine, there's something for eveyone. The Sunrise Coast boasts a number of quality family attractions including Pleasurewood Hills, one of the regions largest theme parks, Africa Alive! that allows you to get close to the animals and discover the sights, sounds and smells of the worlds most vibrant and exciting continent, and Southwold Pier, a contemporary twist on the conventional pier but retaining a 19th century charm in everything it offers. In August, the Sunrise Coast plays host to numerous family friendly events including the Lowestoft Seafront Air Festival. The annual aerobatic spectacular transforms the blue flag award winning beaches of Lowestoft into a natural ampitheatre with the Red Arrows, Avro Vulcan and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight forming the main line-up. The Sunrise Coast really is the place to be for some amazing days out in the summer sun.

Rental notes: Contact the owner for instructions on how to rent the property. Rental period is in whole weeks (Saturday to Saturday) during the main summer season (June to September) but at other times it can be rented for any time from two nights. Maximum rental period is two weeks.

Large Living room/Dining Room. This room has large windows giving great views of the sea. There is a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa bed, Dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD player, fireplace with electric fire, also separate electric convector heater.The sofa bed unfolds to reveal a superior quality mattress for additional sleeping capacity - this will comfortably sleep one adult or two children. Kitchen. This leads off the Living room and also has a window to the front of the property enjoying sea views. New kitchen fitted in 2005 including electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a small table in here with three stools. Inner hall connects the other rooms, and also has the "front door" to the flat (which opens off the second storey communal landing of the property). There is storage here for items such as ironing board and hoover, coat hooks on the wall, and a full length mirror. Bathroom off the inner hall fitted in 2005, with WC, Bath with electric shower over the bath, and Washbasin. It contains airing cupboard with immersion heater (which provides the hot water for the flat). Electric blown air heater. The two bedrooms are off the inner hall at the back of the property: Bedroom 1 Has a Victorian cast iron and brass double bedstead. Electric convector heater. (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 Has a set of bunk beds. Electric convector heater. (sleeps 2) All bedlinen is provided, but you need to bring your own towels/tea towels etc.

Outside Area:The flat is on the second floor of a 5 storey Victorian Terrace house, renovated in 2005. Entrance via the front door into a communal hallway, then up two flights of stairs to the door of the flat. There is a small front garden, laid to gravel, and a yard at the rear. Just across the road is a public garden, and beyond that the promenade and beach.
