Most ground floor units are also ceramic tile throughout. Some of our units include a sofa bed to accomodate 5-6 people, and we also have some units with a Queen bed in each bedroom--ideal for two couples. This deposit is fully refundable, and will be credited to your credit card or check sent to you (if paid by check) within 15 days after your departure time. Each condo has a full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, the living/dining area consists of a large room with dining table, sofa, chairs, and tables where it adjoins a screened-in patio or balcony with sliding door. The Master bedroom has either a king or queen bed with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has either a queen bed or 2 twin beds with an adjoining bathroom. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and all linens. Most units are equipped with high speed internet.

Outside Area:Each unit is either 1st or 2nd floor and has easy access to parking in the front and to the heated pool. In the rear of the unit, you have either a private area or a view of the golf course.
