Sanibel Island vacation condo rental - Pointe Santo Resort holiday condo

Pointe Santo is a large, well-maintained condominium complex with all amenities you would want or expect. Our unit, E-31, is on the third floor in the E Building, which is one of two buildings closest to the beach. There is an elevator for handicap accessibility.

Located on Sanibel's southern tip, Pointe Santo de Sanibel boasts a 600 ft. white sand shelling beach, you'll feel like you're in a tropical paradise. A perfect family vacation destination, Pointe Santo offers tennis, shuffleboard, shelling, walking paths and a children's program on weekdays. If you must contact the office, wireless Internet is provided throughout the complex, even on the beach!

The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen (very well equipped), and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large adjoining dressing area/master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sofa folds out into a queen sized sleeper. There is a "lanai" (a screened porch) on the beach side of the unit, which overlooks the pond, pool, and out to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to this porch, and from the bedroom you look directly out towards the beach, and the living room is at a slightly different angle that is more towards the pool, but we have a large wall mirror that reflects the gulf and beach to the living room so you get a very spacious feeling there as well.

Outside Area:There is a pool, a hot tub, a clubhouse with supervised activities for children, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbeque grills, and many other great features.
