You can park within a few yards of the Gondola, no more trudging around in uncomfortable ski boots! You can also take the local train from the village direct to the ski area. This delightful chalet is in the village of Stadl which lies on the borders of the provinces of Salzburg, Styria and Carinthia. The region is primarily known for its many lakes as well as the majestic Hohe Tauern mountain range. With skiing between 1700 and 2200m it boasts some of Austria's most snow sure skiing yet also benefits from over 200 days sunshine a year, making it a truly dual season resort. You could not ask for a more perfect, sought after location. The house is set in typically Austrian tranquil surroundings and the stunning views through Panoramic Glazing or from the huge sun terrace over the open fields & mountains will guarantee privacy and leave you feeling relaxed during your stay. In the winter stunning snow-scapes and in the summer, miles of open mountain wild flower and butterfly filled walks! Beautiful cities of Salzburg, Graz and Vienna are within easy reach, for the more adventurous the Italian and Slovenian borders are a 60 minute drive away with a trip to Venice being a 3 hour 30 minute drive. Stadl is within the Murtal region of Austria which is a popular holiday destination among young and old winter & summer sport enthusiasts. Picturesque, family-friendly ski villages, gorgeous mountain scenery, charming and genuine local traditions and, excellent Styrian food. In addition the area offers a range of winter and summer activities.

Rental notes: A security deposit of 200 GB pounds is due along with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Please contact us for a quote for stays of 7 nights or less, please note that a cleaning surcharge of 80 GB pounds will be made for all stays of 4 nights or less. For stays of more than 1 week a mid holiday clean will be provided including change of bed linen and towels.

The chalet is stylishly furnished and decorated to a high standard and very well equipped with every single item brand new in November 2007. Our Chalet is brand new and offers excellent luxury accommodation with a large balcony accessible from two bedrooms, extended south and east facing terraces, Panorama Glazing and garden area. The Chalet is 100 sq M and has 2 double bedrooms, (one with an additional single bed), and 1 twin bedroom with additional bunk beds, sleeping a total of 9 people, 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, large private sauna, open plan living/dining and kitchen area It is heated by a central gas fired feature log effect fire, which keeps the chalet incredibly warm, with under-floor heating in both bathrooms and additional heaters in the Bedrooms.
