Houston beachfront cottage vacation rental - Surfside Beach cottage holiday home

Cape Bay Rentals consists of six A-frame cottages on the Gulf of Mexico. Four units are located on the "Pedestrian Beach" (no cars are permitted to drive on the beach in front). They have approximately 900 square feet and are located on piers with a deck in the front. There is also a balcony on the second floor. Deck chairs are available but may not be used on the beach sand.

Surfside Beach is a small, quaint, beach town where alarm clocks and deadlines are replaced with the sound of the waves and spectacular sunsets. While staying at Surfside Beach, you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing, bird watching, snorkeling, fishing (surf, jetty, and deep sea), crabbing, shelling, camping, evening beach camp fires, and enjoying the spectacular night sky. Fresh seafood abounds.

Rental notes: We also require a $200 damage deposit refundable upon inspection and cleaning within 10 days from check-out less any damages, lost items, or excessive cleaning. Memorial Day...Add $150 July 4th........... Add $150 (Requires a week rental) Labor Day........Add $150

There is a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed. The second floor or loft area is open and has one double and two twin beds.The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and basic utensils, cleaning products and dishes. All units have a color T.V. and grills. Items not furnished include linens, towels, paper supplies, clocks, radios, or beach chairs. Linens are available at extra cost.
