The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. Crescent Lakes is situated some 12 miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Blvd. This community offers very good facilities for families, such as basket ball/volley ball courts, children's play areas purpose built BBQ areas, lakes for fishing, etc. There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world's most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World, and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Centre. The wonders of the cinematic world, at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios and the fascinations of the deep at Sea World. For the sun worshippers there is always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the Gulf and the Atlantic. There are a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and nightlife.

Rental notes: 3-bedroom home rental from £405 / $775 per week. Pool Heating available at an additional charge. Welcome pack and BBQ available. Payment in US Dollars or UK Sterling. Reservation Deposit and Payment of Balance The non-refundable deposit of 20% per week is payable with the completed booking form. The full balance is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the date of departure, the owner reserving the right to cancel if the balance of the sum remains unpaid nine (9) weeks prior to the date of departure. All telephone bookings will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 7 (seven) days. Security Deposit In addition to the rental charge a security deposit of £150(UKP) or US$200 is payable when the final balance is due - to cover breakages or damage to the premises and or contents and excessive cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupation of the premises. The deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks of vacating the villa, subject to deductions to cover the expenses mentioned above.
