The house and price is based on 18 persons. You are with 20? Than you will rent also our Master Bedroom. Nowadays we can accommodate even upto 23 sleeping places. Ask the owner for the possibilities. Outside you will find several terraces, its own private swimming pool and sauna. The Abri is ideal for indoor food and enjoying the magnificent view. Because Le Maine Menot, outside the rental, is inhabited by us it’s cozy and comfortable. Le Maine Menot is also great to celebrate special occasions like small weddings, family gatherings, small business meetings References can be requested. In addition to being a holiday home for large groups, Le Maine Menot has also proven to be able to organise small weddings, parties and celebrations. Situated in a quiet rural hamlet with large terrace areas overlooking the countryside. Private swimming pool and spacious areas for relaxation. Situated on the border of the Dordogne, approx 10 kilometres from market towns as Villebois Lavalette, St Severin and Montmorreau. And within easy distance of Aubeterre, Riberac and Angouleme, the heart of the Charente. Le Maine Menot lies within the vicinity of some great golf courses. Four 18 hole and two 9 hole fields all within 1 hour drive. Some of the closest are La Preze and Longeveau.

Prices are based on 18 persons. Above 18 persons an extra luxury master bedroom (+ 2) will be available at an added cost! Upto 23 people we can nowadays also accomodate. Ask the owner for the possibilities. One of the living areas is a majestic spacious living area with comfortable sitting area by one of our two fireplaces and a royal dining table with space for 18 people in the heart of Le Maine Menot. All the cutlery and plates required for big groups are available at Le Maine Menot. Another one of our great facilities is the 66m2 game room where you or your kids can enjoy hours of fun. Equipped with a ping-pong, fuzz ball and pool table as well as an extra TV and DVD player the game room is the place to be! Moreover, the room is equipped with an extra kitchen and toilet.

Outside Area:Le Maine Menot has a wonderful large size swimming pool with an attached Sauna. There 6000 m2 of terrain, more than 500 m2 of tiled terrace , private swimming pool and sauna. On one terrace is a big cover and wooden table (see photo) in close reach of the kitchen where a splendid dinner party can be served. Down on the way to the swimming pool is another large terrace with large parasols and enough lounge chairs and pillows for everyone to relax around the pool and enjoy the great French countryside. Le Maine Menot offers a beautiful Abri which protects you against rain and wind. So: sitting outside, with a nice view and enjoying the temperatures. The Abri is decorated with comfortable chairs. Inside the abri there is a gas barbecue and warm water.
