Fully Refurbished Studios in the old part of Limoux available to rent for holidays or short stays throughout the year starting June 2010. The ‘Grenier’ which is on the 3rd floor is for 2 people and has a small private roof terrace is approx 49sq meters consisting of modern "wet room" , kitchen and large sleeping/living area. This has lovely old beams yet has a hint of luxury. all sheets, towels, cutlery, bathrobes and heating are included in the price. Apartment 1 will be ready later in the year, it is approx 56 sq. meters, is for two people and also has an outside space in the form of an inner cour which is in the center of the building. This apartment is on the 1st floor and has a kitchen, "wet room" and sleeping /living area. There is NO SMOKING within the building and we do not accept pets. Limoux is steeped in history as is the whole area, this is Cathare country and apart from the medieaval City of Carcassonne and small town of mirepoix there are plenty more castles and places of interest to visit. Limoux is a small town with a big heart, it is on the banks of the Aude river which you can bath in during the summer, have picnics in the parc, swim in the pool, visit vineyards to taste the amazing wines and the famous Blanquette of Limoux. There are lovely walks, snow ski in the winter and waterski in the summer -both just 1 hour away. Limoux has fetes all through the year but is particularly well known for the Fecos which runs every weekend from Mid January to Mid March. The list is endless! Come and see for your selves!

Rental notes: Payment. When the client makes the booking a 30% non refundable deposit must be paid within seven days, this must be in euros and can be by cheque or electronic transfer. The balance of the money must then be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Any booking made less than 8 weeks before the holiday must be paid in full.
