The apartment is on the edge of medieval village of Penne D’Agenais, the south west region of France. This region is known as the Garden of France because of its rolling lush countryside, farmlands, vineyards and plentiful locally grown produces and fine wines. If you enjoy cycling or walking this area is ideal with an abundance of quiet country lanes traffic free and hillside walks which will lead you from one village to another. There are places of interesting for all ages to explore in this region including historic chateaux, underground grottes, museums and fun parks. Local weekly markets are part and parcel of French life and here we have plenty to buy your produce for that long late BBQ, but don’t forget on the way to the markets to stop at the locale wine caves and to taste and but the famous regional wines.

This attractive 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the owner’s property, with stunning views of the Lot valley, in a south facing position, on the edge of the medieval village of Penne D’Agenais. The property consists of a living/dining room complete with with comfortable chairs and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen area, which leads onto a covered outside terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining. The first bedroom is a double with French doors leading straight on to the terrace and the second bedroom is a twin/double to which 2 further singles can be added to make a family room. There is a large fully equipped shower/wetroom with w/c and basin, and a laundry room.
