The region between Alicante and Murcia or the southern part of the Costa Blanca and the northern part of the Costa Calida is a small paradise of mild temperatures. The hilly hinterland protects this area against the wind of the Meseta, and temperatures through the year are pleasant: in Winter about 16 until 22 degrees Celcius and in Summer not too hot with a temperature of about 30 degrees Celcius. The sun shines more than 300 days per year and the humidity is very low. This results in a perfect combination of sea and a subtropical climate. On top of this the presence of salt lakes and stretches of pinewoods add to the healthy surroundings. All these elements together have an amazingly favorable effect on your health. Complaints such as rheumatism, gout or lung trouble can decrease substantially through the climatic influence of this region. In short, here you will find the best and healthiest climate of Spain. Rental notes: Changeover days are flexible however during peak months are limited to weekends. Rental cost includes one 'reasonable' cleaning visit at end of holiday stay. Significant additional cleaning will involve extra charges. Towels are available to rent on request.

The villa has 8 large bedrooms spread over three floors- 4 bathrooms with showers, two living rooms, a dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Full coin operated air-conditioning is available with three seperate systems and individual controls in each room. The south facing villa overlooks a private pool fitted with steps for access at the shallow end and at the deep end a slide which guarantees lots of fun. The community also has a communal pool which is available to villa residents and is close by.

Outside Area:There is an external patio area which includes a gazebo with barbeque, a covered elevated veranda which is ideal for informal dining and entertaining and a large private sun terrace for those who prefer to "get some rays" and the opportunity to chill out and relax. Private pool with access to two communal pools next door. Garage with extra fridge. Secured parking within property boundary behind house. Community is secured via electronic gates and property is surrounded by a wall/railings ensuring privacy.
