Rental notes: Please note: Prices in grid are weekly rates for up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is charged $30-35/night, depending on season. It is customary to tip the housekeeper $5 per day per guest. A 16% service fee will be added to these rates. When you visit our five bedroom, five bath villa in Playa Cofresi, you will be amazed at the local Dominican artwork and handcrafted furniture we've decorated with. The views of the ocean and mountains from our patios and verandahs are indescribable. Our housekeeper/cook, Teresa, will pamper you with local Dominical cuisine, keep your laundry and linens clean and fresh, and maintain a tidy household. Please, no smoking inside.

Outside Area:Our gardener and pool man, Julio, keeps our grounds impeccable. Many local plants and flowers grow in and around the yard, typical of the lush Dominican area.
