Now it's rented out as a really unique vacation villa in a very peaceful green scenery with stunning views on the Mediterranean sea. There's a walking trail passing by the house for a beautiful hike all the way the Cinque Terre's first village Monterosso al Mare. Levanto is a popular tourist resort with its long beach and many shops and restaurants. You can easily catch a train to discover the amazing Cinque Terre and the rest of the beautiful Italian Riviera.

This holiday villa is situated upon a hill along the Ligurian sea just next to the charming village of Levanto. In walking distance (600m) down the narrow cobbled streets you'll reach the beach. There's a walking trail passing by the house for a beautiful hike all the way the Cinque Terre's first village Monterosso al Mare. Levanto is a popular tourist resort with its long beach and many shops and restaurants. You can easily catch a train to discover the amazing Cinque Terre and the rest of the beautiful Italian Riviera. Levanto offers castles, public gardens, and incredible architecture. Historic churches ring their bells to signal the time of day. Liguria is where pesto is originally from, one of the most popular sauces in Italian cuisine. Seafood is a major staple of Ligurian cuisine, as the sea has been part of the region's culture since its beginning. Another important aspect of the culture there is the beach. Tourists have been flocking to the Italian Riviera for decades to experience its calm, deep blue water.

The villa sleeps comfortable up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms: - On the main floor is the living room with open fireplace, cozy couches and large flatscreen TV. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with bunk beds. - On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). - In a separate guesthouse is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Outside Area:Outside you'll find the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and barbeque with a splendid view on the sea. The house is surrounded by a private garden (2000m²) with many olive trees and beautiful plants. There is a small swimming pool (6x3m) with sun loungers and a panoramic view over the sea and the village of Levanto.
