In the middle of the Parc Regional des Causses du Quercy (Lot) Regional Park. Ideal location to visit the Lot and Quercy, Cahors and its vineyards, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Figeac and its musee Champollion, go for hiking or mountain biking, or simply enjoy the quiet moments in the nature and the starry nights. Completely refurbished with local materials and know-how it offers comprehensive modern comfort while keeping its original character. Electrical heating. A wood stove is also available. The original fireplace has been kept. Equipment: 1 bedroom 1 queen bed 1.6 m x 2 m, 1 bedroom & mezzanine 3 single beds 0.9 m x 2 m. Full kitchen, TV, DVD, washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue. Touristic, hiking, biking guides. Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen, cleaning products are provided free of charge.

Visit Rocamadour (the 2nd pilgrimage place in France after Mont Saint Michel), Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (one of the most beautiful village in France), Pech-Marle and its pre-historical painting (the real thing, not a copy like in Lascaux Dordogne), Padirac cave and its underground river, Cahors and its vinyard, Figeac where Champollion was born. There also many many castles to visit (Cenevieres, Castelnau-Montratier, Montal, Assier...), caves, typical villages. And do not forget to enjoy the excellent and affordable local food (foie gras, confit, cassoulet...)

Rental notes: From 280 to 570 euros/week. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, cleaning products, 100kWh electricity are provided free of charge. Outside Area:The house is part of a local old farm. On the 4 acres you will find the barn, the stable, a small pond, a spring and many trees and typpical local plants.
