This first floor, one bedroom apartment enjoys sea views and overlooks well-maintained gardens. Playa Bastian beach is a 2 minute walk away down a private road. There are 3 restaurants on site, supermarkets, bank and shops are opposite apartment. There are 4 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated. The large main beach in Costa Teguise (Cucharas) is a 10 minute walk along the sea front.

Playa Bastian is a residentail complex at Bastian beach ideal for couples or families, with 4 swimming pools 2 heated, the beach is only a 200m walk down a private road. There are restaurants, bars, banks and shops along side Playa Bastian. The main part of Costa Teguise with more shops and beaches is a 10/15 minute walk away along a promenade. The airport is only 20 minutes away about 15 euros in a taxi. This property has a large balcony furnished with table and chairs with sea views.

Rental notes: Notes on pricing: High Season (Easter, Xmas & New Year) is 275 pounds. The prices are for 2 persons, Extra person per week is 25 pounds. Children under 2 are free of charge. Special offers on rentals over 4 weeks. Changeover day is Thursdays. Flexible in low season.

The bedroom has a king size double bed, safe, bedside cabinets and fitted waldrobes. The open-plan kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster. Ample crockery and cooking utensils. The comfortably furnished open-plan lounge has 2 sofas (1 is a double sofa bed). Satellite TV with all English Channels and DVD player. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

Outside Area:The door leads onto the balcony with sea views. Balcony with sea views, chairs, table, sunbeds. Shared pool with plenty of sunbeds. Poolside snack bar. 4 pools on site 2 of which are heated. Seperate childs pool. There are parking spaces at the front of the apartment. Note: You will need your own beach towels.
