The villa has underfloor-heating and air conditioning throughout. All doors and windows have fly screens and electric roller shutters for added shade and security.
Outside Area:The large private swimming pool which can be heated is set in the owned garden. The villa enjoys a full size built in barbecue area which is ideal for family parties.
The communal gardens of the estate also feature a huge swimming pool for everyone to enjoy. Lagos and the beach is just a 5 minute car journey away.
