It is our second home, not just a rental property, so you will find it tastefully presented. 4 double bedrooms sleep 8. Free WiFi. Large Flat screen TV with an iPod dock. Just 10 minutes from Disney; do what we do. Don't tire yourself out with a 12 hour day in Disney. Leave lunchtime and be back at the villa and in the pool within 10 minutes. When you are refreshed go back and enjoy the late afternoon and see Disney in a completely different way at night.

There is so much to do in Orlando and the surrounding areas, here are just a few ideas: The coast is only a 45 minute drive from the house and has stunning views and is a lovely drive out. For those of you looking for fun and excitement why not try the four theme parks of Walt Disney World. They are less than a 10 minute drive from the house and offer ours of fun, shows, and spectacular fireworks. SeaWorld Orlando is approximately a 15 minute drive from the house and is home to the world famous "Shamu" the killer whale. Here you can see a multitude of marine mammals, and a whole host of animals. The Shamu Believe and Shamu Rocks are 2 exciting shows which are not to be missed. There are the 2 theme parks from Universal which will keeps the kids (and big kids) entertained, showing everything from film and television and dramatic stunt shows. For those who like things a little wetter, there are many waterparks. Some like Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach may be included in your Disney Park admission and there are others like Wet n Wild which are also not to be missed. We are happy to give you as many suggestions as you like, however we do recommend reading the guest book when you are inside the villa as this will give you the feedback from many of our previous guests. There are so many restaurants to choose from during your stay and generally the food is very consistent.

This house is decorated to a very high standard. We wanted to make our pool home as luxurious as possible. If you want to impress family you need go no further. This home was custom designed by an interior designer who loves the Florida look. Tropical elegance and an appreciation for natural pastel colours. From the entrance to the villa the home opens out to a splendid living room, which is open plan to the dining area, family room and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is modern and well equipped. Included here is a large side by side refrigerator and cooking stove. A microwave and dishwasher are just part of the variety of appliances. The master bedroom suite is also on the ground floor with windows looking onto the pool deck. The master suite also incorporates a large walk in shower, plenty of closet space and an oval tub to relax in. There is a further 1/2 bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a twin size room plus yet another bathroom. The largest of the upstairs bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a view over the front of the house. Next to the large room is the second double room and adjacent to that is the twin bedroom. The upstairs bathroom features WC, vanity unit and bath/shower. An additional fold away bed can be used for children who prefer to sleep with other family members, although with four bedrooms you may prefer the peace and quiet of being alone.

Outside Area:From the main living room you exit via sliding patio doors to the pool terrace which has a lakeside view and is not overlooked from the rear of the house. Here you can relax and unwind from a hectic day on the sun loungers or dine under the stars around the patio table. We provide a gas barbeque free of charge for that real al fresco feel. The pool area is covered by the unique florida netting which allows the sun in whilst keeping the bugs out. It is made from a fine meche.
