Le Biot ski holiday chalet - French B&B or self catering Rhone-Alpes ski chalet

Chalet Wensam is a ski chalet, located about 90 mins drive from Geneva airport, During the ski season, December - April we provide catered accommodation, during the summer from May - November we provide B&B accommodation with the option of an evening meal Or you could rent our spacious self catered apartment our balcony overlooks The Drouzin Le Mont ski slopes, which are a short walk away, great for beginners and families, or finding your ski legs. We have a courtesy shuttle which will ensure you get the most from your holiday Our chalet can sleep up to 8/10 persons using the mezzanine in the family room (ideal for large family groups)

Views:Outside there is a large south facing balcony which overlooks the ski slopes.

The Chalet is a 20 minute drive from one of the largest ski areas in the world, the Portes du Soleil ,which has 650 Km of pistes. Climbing from 1000 metres to 2466 metres between France and Switzerland, its 204 ski lifts will take you up to 279 slopes that interconnect 12 French/Swiss resorts, all with one ski pass. Morzine, Avoriaz, Chatel, Les Gets, Abondance, are all a short drive away. For those that do not want to drive, why not let us do the driving for you, by picking you up from the airport and taking you to the slopes in our VW Transporter Syncro, room for 9 including the driver and Mitsubishi Delica 4x4, a comfortable MPV which has room for 7 including the driver.

Rental notes: Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday date £100 security deposit to be paid when the balance is paid this of course will be returned providing the apartment is left clean tidy and undamaged Pets are allowed providing permission has first been obtained

The First Floor has a large lounge/dining area about 8 metres long by over 5 metres wide. There is a log fire which adds to the ambience of the chalet, for you to relax in front of after a hard days skiing. We have satellite tv, a selection of DVDs, videos and games. Also we have a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games including FIFA football Outside there is a large south facing balcony which overlooks the ski slopes. There is a family bedroom which has a bathroom and balcony and also a small mezzanine where children can sleep, the ceiling in this room is vaulted.

Outside Area:We have a superb 6 person Hot Tub and exercise swimming pool, The pool is just above 4 metres long and 2.2 metres wide with a depth of 1.2 metres, I have set up a counter current system where you swim against the flow of water We also hope to run the pool during the Winter, it has Solar heating, the log fire in the chalet has been piped out to an heat exchanger, the pool also has 2 large hot tub covers to keep the heat in We also have a 5 person Sauna, great for relaxing after a long days skiing,
