Algarve holiday villa in Olhao - Villa near Moncarapacho in Eastern Algarve

This secluded and quiet villa is set in Cerro Azul, a prestigious urbanisation just a few minutes drive from the beach and the city of Olhão with its many restaurants and bars. Faro Airport is a 20 minute drive, and the center of Faro just 10 minutes by acr. This lovely villa consists of four bedrooms, two doubled and two twins. Interior of the villa: The master bedroom on the first floor has a full ensuite and a double bed. On the ground floor one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms have twin beds and share the same bathroom. All have built-in wardrobes. There is also a full guest bathroom. The bright lounge opens out to pool area, there is also a covered dining terrace with outside furniture and a BBQ.

Fuseta with its wonderful beach is only 5-6km away. There are other unspoilt beaches close by and the stunning Altura beach is 20 minutes away. There are boats from Olhao, Cabanas and Tavira which take you to wonderful island beaches. The bigger, noisier central Algarve beaches, water parks, but you can then return to peace and tranquillity- away from it all! Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe, it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the west, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 25 minutes of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 minutes further on. To the east, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta da RIA are within 20 minutes and Castro Marim a further 10 minutes on. Over the Spanish border, only 25 minutes away are a further 5 courses, 2 located at Ayamonte. The villa is only 25 km from Faro airport and is easily accessed within 25 minutes using outstanding new fast roads. Car hire is essential. On request we can recommend local car hire agencies. Within easy distance are Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace and roman ruins), Olhão (fishing port, markets and fine shopping). The small town of Moncarapacho is approx 3 km away with supermarkets, bars, excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet café, cash machines, pharmacy and own museum. All local towns, villages offer excellent restaurants- eating out on wonderful local fish and wine.

Last payment - 4 weeks before vacations start In case of Cancellation of Stay will be apply the following penalties, depending on the period of advance notice of cancellation to the Owner: a) More than 8 weeks - Booking deposit; b) Less than 8 weeks - deposit + 20% reserve from the Booking Total amount; c) Less than six weeks - the reservation deposit + 40% of the Booking Total amount; d) Less than 4 weeks - deposit + 60% reserve from the Booking Total amount; e) Less than two weeks - the reservation deposit + 80% of the Booking Total amount; f) Less than one week - the reservation deposit + 100% of Booking Total amount.

Vila Dash is a well-appointed 4 bedroom villa, on its own 1500 square metres plot within the Vista Elite development, just over 3km from Moncarapacho in the Eastern Algarve. Situated in a very peaceful area, this spacious property offers a welcome haven from the hustle and bustle of the busy world, has tasteful furnishings. The lounge and all bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. The 36sq m lounge has a Satellite TV and DVD. The dining area seats eight. Two sets of French doors open onto the terrace, under the shaded pergola, which has another table and eight chairs for alfresco dining. Who wants to eat indoors when the sun's shining?
