The games room has two baseball themed ceiling fans to keep you cool while playing. The enhanced pool design has two waterfalls, fibre optic multi-colored lighting, sun shelf and raised bubbling spa. The sun-drenched South/West facing extended landscaped pool deck area gives sunshine right through to sunset and gives ample space to play around the sparkling pool, relax on the sun loungers or dine al-fresco under the shaded lanai area. Sleeping at "Palace in Wonderland" is as comforting as can be, with two king-size master bedroom suites, one with a jacuzzi spa tub, a third downstairs queen-size suite and two twin bedded rooms. The sofas in the den or the lounge can be converted to queen-size sleepers. All bedrooms are furnished to the same high standard, all have cable TV, ceiling fans and alarm clock radios. There is a beautiful entrance lounge, which leads to the formal dining area. The family room has three sofas and the large 55" TV and is open into the kitchen with its all black colour coded appliances and cherry wood cupboards, and includes a large fridge freezer with ice machine and cooled drinking water. The kitchen has a large worktop island with the black colour coded sink, dishwasher and 4-seater breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is the 6 seater dining nook, which has patio doors leading onto the patio and pool area. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with large washing machine and dryer, plus has ironing facilities. Through this laundry room is the door into the large garage, which has been converted into the games room with an 8 ft pool table, air hockey and foosball tables, plus a karaoke machine with numerous karaoke discs. The sports themed games room has several full size sporting stars murals painted direct onto the wall by a British artist. It also has two ceiling fans and a floor standing fan to keep you cool while relaxing with your family playing one of the games or chilling on one of the bar stools and table. The downstairs Queen bedroom suite bathroom has a second door leading directly onto the patio. Upstairs there is the landing 'den' lounge with large TV, Playstation 2 and games, the large corner sofa converts into a queen sofa bed. The master King bedroom is huge with chaise and armchairs, master bathroom suite with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, plus a huge walk in closet. The second King suite has bathroom and walk in closet. The two twin bedrooms have walk in closets and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and all bathrooms have bath, shower, toilet, sinks, towels and hairdryers.

Outside Area:The patio is an extended area with designer heated pool, including a heated spa, 6" deep sun shelf (which is ideal for laying in the sun but cooled by the sparkling water but is also ideal for very young children). There are 2 waterfalls into the pool and has fibre optic multi coloured lighting. The patio has landscaped areas in each far corner and has a hedge on the outside of the patio mesh lanai cover to give privacy whilst relaxing in the cool, sparkling waters or chilling out on the numerous patio chairs or loungers. There is a large covered area to relax in the shade or to eat alfresco at the outdoor dining table.
