A nicely renovated old farmhouse with 2 large double bedrooms ensuite, spacious kitchen with woodburner. Lounge with TV, DVD. Kitchen well equipped with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Oak beams throughout the house and original floor tiles.
In the large garden there is a vine covered BBQ and behind the house a heated pool with security cover and sun beds in a sunny spot surrounded by garden and also there is a large grassey field behind the house for football and games. Ideal for families with freedom and safety for the children.

Ambillou Chateau is close to the lovely very french town of Saumur and 30 klms from Angers. Lots of chateaux to visit and we are in the heart of Anjou wine and Cotaux du Layon, the sweet wine. Ideal for cycling, walking, golf & fishing.
The Loire river is also close by for boating or just sitting & watching. Of course there are some very good resturants & bars to find. For the children good theme parks and a lovely zoo. Something for everyone
