The luxury 2000 sq ft master suite section with 1 bed/1.5 baths for 2 guests. A 2 bed/1 bathroom apartment unit for 2-4 guests. A 3 bed/2 bathroom apartment unit for 4-6 guests. A studio/efficiency apartment for 2 guests. The property is positioned to maximise its direct beachfront location with spacious rooms, high ceilings and large sea-facing decks, many of which are covered. This modern house enjoys wonderful views of the sea and distant vistas along the coast from its elevated position & yet it is on the beach. The safe and sandy Hoopers Bay (or as Google spells it - 'Hoppers Bay') Beach, just steps away through the garden, is nearly ½ mile long and regarded as one of the best on Exuma Island. It is great for swimming, snorkeling, turtle watching or just simply relaxing!

The house is directly on the beautiful sandy and safe 1/2 mile long Hoopers Bay, which is convenient for the airport (5 miles) and Georgetown (3 miles) whilst local shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. Flying to Georgetown, Exuma (code GGT) is direct from Miami on American, Fort Lauderdale on Continental or Nassau on Bahamasair. Air Canada flies direct from Toronto & Delta from Atlanta. The owners live nearby & will arrange the taxi transfer from the airport and any required car rental and also assist guests upon arrival and during their stay. Local activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking, boat rental or various types of fishing including excellent bonefishing can easily be arranged as well as kiteboarding, sailing, tennis or golf.

The Master Bedroom & Lounge each has a flat screen TV whilst the apartment lounge has cable TV. The whole house can sleep up to 8 (additional rollaways available - max 2) & is ideal for a large family or friends travelling together. The Master Suite - a very luxurious, private and spacious suite for couples wishing to celebrate a special occasion. The accommodation comprises a large 800sq ft bedroom suite with king-sized bed overlooking the sea with a private covered veranda, a bathroom suite with a 25sq ft surround shower and 6ft 'couples soaking' tub and his and hers washbasins, WC and bidet. Also a large walk-in closet is within this suite. The 1200sq ft Great Room completes the accommodation with a lounge area with flat screen TV, sea-facing indoor and outdoor dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. The Two Bedroom Apartment - has its own separate entrance, kitchen, lounge/dining area with its own cable TV and DVD player. It also has it's own private, large covered sea-facing patio with outdoor furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, one Queen (5ft bed) and one Twin (2 single beds) or a King (6ft bed) and bathroom. The separate entrance allows this unit to be used, either as part of the House or as an individual apartment for up to 4 persons. A rollaway is available.
