Sesimbra holiday apartment rental - Beautiful vacation home in Lisboa, Portugal

A fully equipped 2 double bedroom apartment , with additional two double (sofa) beds in lounge area, with a large balcony and roof top swimming pool. Bedding provided as well as a BBQ, outside table and chairs and sun loungers Situated in a quiet fishing village, with a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy with the main speciality being seafood. Golf courses and diving near by. Only 45 mins to Lisbon with an excellent local bus/ferry service. Situated approx. 1 hour from Lisbon airport. Whilst in Portugal you must indulge in the local drink, enjoy a Caipirinha ... you'll be hooked !! Sesimbra is a beautiful and relaxing place, but also offers many local attractions, including several carnivals that run throughout the year, there are also castles, museums and other places of interest all in the surrounding area. The local fresh fish and fruit market is situated in the centre of the village, and its a good chance to witness some of the biggest fish you will ever see !

Views:The balcony offers sea views and views to the castle and across to the local town.

Situated approximately 40 minutes from Lisbon Airport. Easily accessible by Taxi, for about €40 or by bus and local ferry for about €5 per person - this takes longer but is a nice way to start off your holiday. A car is advisable is your are planning on touring about, however, with easy access over to Lisbon, and late night ferries running, you can enjoy a car free break !

Rental notes: We are very flexible on change over days and the length of stay. We take a deposit of £75 which is not cashed, unless of course damage/breakages occur during your stay. You will be met at the apartment by Ana (who speaks English) and she will show you the apartment and hand over the key. At the end of your stay, Ana will check over the apartment and collect the key from you and advise me if there were any problems/damages, etc in the apartment.

2 double bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom with bath and shower over, fully equiped kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine, a lovely open-plan lounge/dining room with sliding doors to the balcony with sea views. The lounge has dining table and chairs and features 2 double sofa beds.

Outside Area:The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift with goes upto the roof top swimming pool. The road in front of the apartment block runs down to the town but is not a busy noisy road. The swimming pool is open all year round and is cleaned regularly.
