Holiday Farmhouse in the Tuscan hills - Vacation home near Florence and Pisa

We offer you a relaxing staying in a wonderful Farmhouse on top of the world-famous tuscan hills, with a breathtaking sight upon the Nievole Valley, in the middle of our olive Farm in the Montalbano Biotop. The location stays in the vicinity of Monsummano Terme and it’s famous Grotta Giusti thermal baths, and of the several Thermal stations of famous Montecatini Terme. The House we offer is located besides the Master’s house, from wich it is completely independent, and has matrimonial bedroom, living room with two divan beds, Sat TV and open fireplace. Furthermore a Kitchen with Fridge, Freezer and oven, as well as a bathroom with shower. In the Garden you’ll find a Pergola for your meals in the nature and under the olive trees a small 6,5m Pool, for your refreshment. Everything is furnished and put up in lovely tuscan countrystyle. Five minutes by car you’ll find Tennis courts, the climbers beloved Cava Rossa, as well as the vast Golf greens of the Montecatini Golf Club. Furthermore, must-see art cities as Lucca, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Leonardo’s birthtown Vinci, and Pinocchio’s “birthtown” Collodi are no more than 30 min by car, and Forte Dei Marmi and Viareggio in the tuscan riviera, as well as Siena and Arezzo, are no more than 1 hour by car.

We are situated midway between Florence and Pisa, so that we are far from Florence 45 km and from Pisa too. Before Pisa you will find Lucca; One hour from our villagge (that ist near to the thermal station Montecatini Terme) you can visit S.Gimignano and Siena, the riviera with Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi is reaching in 30 minutes. Our Olive farm is situated in a hill, we have a wonderful panorama to all the hills arround, all arround forests and olivegardens. Our house has a beautiful garden with dinner place under a romantic pergola, and under olives a little pool.The house to rent is only for one family, so relax and quiet is assured. Here you will be the only tourist; We offer familiary cure, and will be present for all your wishes
